Steady Flow Yoga

Join Rachel for a hour long slow flowing hatha class. This class will focus on weaving together movement with breath.

Sequences will be created to offer you the time and space to get into your body, wind down from your day, wring out what no longer serves, and revitalize the parts of you that need it.

Because this is an evening class the flow will be mellow and cultivate steadiness and ease in the body.

This class is open to everyone and will be best enjoyed by those coming to Yoga to reconnect with themselves, restore their hearts and minds, recharge, and access the flow.

If you are new to Yoga you are welcome and be met with support and permission.

If you are an advanced practitioner you are welcome to have the space to do
